TIM Brasil has the best performance among telcos in the Institutional Investor’s rankings
TIM Brasil had great performance reaching the top of all rankings of the Institutional Investor’s “The Latin America Executive Team – 2021” annual survey for the TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) sector. The research evaluates the work of the companies in the region and the relationship of their executives and IR teams with the market. With the participation of more than 500 investors and more than 200 sell-side analysts, about 170 companies were evaluated in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panama and Peru, in relevant sectors of the economy, and TIM Brasil was considered the third best company within the TMT sector and the first among telecommunication companies.
The research evaluated CEOs, CFOs, professionals, and IR teams, measuring indicators related to credibility, leadership, communication quality, market and business knowledge, as well as the company’s performance during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
Pietro Labriola, Adrian Calaza and Vicente Ferreira were the top TIM Brasil executives on the list, among the top 3 for the categories of CEO, CFO and IR Professional, respectively. In addition, TIM Brasil was also recognized by its IR program, its events for investors, the disclosure of ESG related actions and the crisis management during the pandemic.
